Have you ever heard the saying ‘how you start your day flows through to how you finish it’?
Somebody told me recently to set a goal that makes you jump out of bed in the morning.
So today I’m starting to set goals that make me jump out of bed.
For me right now its weight training and great coffee/breakfast reward but it could be fitness goals,swim,art, preparation so you can eat waffles as people stroll into work,testing a work colleague…the list goes on
Do you do anything similar?
